Online Game v2.1

this is REALLY frustrating me so im done with it for now, it needs to be recoded from a different approch,
new features:
-graphics from Gandel
-2 enemies
-lvl/exp system
-money (coins)
-shops
-weapons, armor, heals
-larger area
-trees to hide behind
-IM from a prompt, recieve in textwindow
-send IM at any time by pressing "m"
known bugs:
-rarely player2 will dissapear from player1's screen for no reason
-sometimes stats arent printed at beginning of battle
-enemies dont always sync properly
if you can post any other bugs besides these it would be appreaciated
Online Game v2.1
when you die you have to wait 10 seconds to be resureected, and when you defeat your opponent you take half his coins

Idea: Change the send button from "m" to either esc, one of the arrow keys, or the return key via CHR$(13). Otherwise, it interferes with typing any word with the letter M in it.

Hunt For The Furby (currently out of the way)
SNET The Game

Sorry, I never played the game. I only gave you the idea because I knew any word with the letter m in it couldn't be typed I figured in the IM.
I'm busy on developing my entry at the moment.

We were playing this game at my work, lol. It's quite fun, the only problem I noticed was that if one player quit the game the other players game quits unexpectedly. The usual error message, quit or reload.
Other than that it was fun, it kind of sucks that the other player can attack you right after you exit a battle with a creature. maybe a period of immunity would be nice, just to heal up or flee to town ??
Still fun though.

then why dont you ask if the m messes it up rather than say it does, when you dont even know

Hey, I've been watching the progress of SilverCreator and Al's GameMaker and When I tried this game, I started wondering. Instead of two players could you make 5 or more players able to get online? Walking around, talking, killing, training...

One other thing... ...How far do you think Al's GameMaker is? Been waiting about a year for it, Al should make a forum for it.

Bug testing eh? I know how to do that but it is annoying. Duplicate SC 10 times (or 9 and just compile one) then open the game 10 times, get one of them to host and the rest to join.
